The location is advantageous. It's a short walk from paddington station (about 7 minutes). hyde park is also nearby, just a 3-minute stroll away. i found the staff to be consistently helpful. i appreciated that the triple room had air conditioning, a feature i always look for.
the corridors felt a bit cramped, made navigating with luggage slightly challenging.
